'The Aesthetic of the Fragment', by Marc Nagtzaam, a researcher in the Horizontal Drawing platform, is an exploration of the possible meanings of the fragmentary through textual and visual quotations. It is also an invitation to viewers themselves to submit visual of textual fragments that will feature on the website of the project.

Wesley Meuris, Research Building
'Research Building' fits into the doctoral project of Wesley Meuris, who teaches artistic production in the Master of Research in Art and Design. The pictures and the text by curator Michel Dewilde offer insight into the complexity of Meuris's work on the Schelfhout Collection, a set of Congolese sculptures which belont to Mr Joseoh Schelfhout and were shown in the Scharpoord cultural centre in Knokke-Heist in 2010.
